Ghantoot are made up of Nasser Al Dhaheri, Oscar Colombres , Jorge Cernadas and Ramiro Cordero and they played a great game to beat the battle hardened Bin Drai team.

With a great come back, Ghantoot turned around the game from four goals to one  to a stunning six goals to five victory.


In the first chukka, Bin Drai`s top scorer, Juan José Brané opened the game with a goal but Ghantoot’s  Ramiro Cordero, man of the match, got his team on the scoreboard.

The best chukka for Bin Drai´s team came in the second chukka when they scored three goals a and  Brane scored these before Colombres for Ghantoot pulled another goal back to end the chukka trailing by four goals to two.


The third chukka saw a fantastic reaction from Ghantoot, with Cordero leading his team with three goals, that put his team on top for the first time leading by a solitary goal. The last chukka showed great passion with both teams fighting for victory. Ghantoot obtained a two goal advantage but Bin Drai Polo didn´t give up and they tried to even the score and take the game to an extra chukka.


They were really close with two plays that gave Brane the opportunity to even the score, first with a great neck-shot goal and then with a 60 yards penalty that rebounded off a horse and left the final score six goals to five for a Ghantoot victory.
