Business Development Manager required for new indoor sports facility in Dubai Hot
Start in an exciting new role with a startup indoor sports facility opening their first branch in Dubai. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to play a key role in our launch in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven sales track record, a great communicator, with a passion for sports and the ability to take initiative.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare the Annual Business Development Plan
- Define and follow up the yearly objectives and targets set by the Branch Manager
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage the proposal development process, delivering presentations and proposals, develop
- Continue to manage accounts once business has been won.
- Prepare monthly reports, sales forecasts and any other reports as requested by the Senior
- Effective delivery and execution of the value proposition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented and organized, with strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent telephone manner and professional face-to-face presentation skills are a must
- Proven new business sales experience with track record in large enterprises / organizations
- Proactive in seeking new business opportunities
- The ability to develop creative, strategic and integrated programs that exceed client objectives.
- Ability to work credibly at all levels especially at CXO level
- Self-starter able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
- Able to know when to seek guidance
- Self-critical and eager to improve and optimize the sales processes
- Language: fluent in English, Arabic would be an advantage
- Must hold a UAE driving license
